English classes will focus on boosting pupils’ confidence in all aspects of English: literature, language, reading, writing and the all important SPaG. Difficult ideas are taught in a way that breaks down concepts into manageable, bite-sized chunks so that pupils’ experience success in every lesson
The venue is Beech Hill Primary School, Halifax, HX1 5TN
Our Maths classes will focus on all aspects of the KS3 curriculum with our main aim to have pupils’ feeling confident about their Maths. We encourage all our pupils’ to bring with them any topics or questions that they find particularly difficult even if it is not the area being covered that day. The teacher will always make time to work through the problem.
GCSESchool terms and conditions
Fees – GCSESchool take weekly payments via cheque or bank transfer.
Missed lessons – If a lesson is missed we will still charge for the lesson where there are other alternative lessons taking place within that week. If you decided to cancel your child’s tuition we ask for 2 weeks notice, you are not held into a long term contract.
Health & Safety – GCSESchool takes its responsibilities for the health and safety of its students seriously. All tutors are subject to a thorough check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Fire safety – Fire prevention, precautions and equipment are reviewed and checked regularly.
Pupil arrival and collection – It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child attends their session on time and that they make provision for them to get home at the end of each session.
